Cave springs is a geological formation formed by the dissolution of sedimentary rock by acidic groundwater. It is located along the Natchez Trace Parkway in the state of Mississippi. It was used by native americans centuries ago for drinking water. It is dangerous to enter the cave system and the water is also dangerous to drink now.
