Location
The photo was taken outdoor during a trip to a local college. This was during my early year of learning photography and I used to shoot candid a lot.Time
I still remember having reaching the very location at around 10am and as we were supposed to get inside a seminar room, we took a chance to have our photos taken first before steppin inside the room.Lighting
As it was quite candid, it was all thanks to the natural light from the sun on top of our head. The camera did it job well with its built-in nd filtersEquipment
This was shot using a point and shoot, named Canon Ixus 510HS, hand-held, with flash was turned off and no additional equipment.Inspiration
This shot was taken during my early year into photography seriously. I am someone who is quite reserved and getting myself talking into people is challenging. I used to shoot candid like a lot and still love doing that by the time I am writing this. The difference is I am no longer that timid to shoot people or point out my camera on them. The two in the frame are my friends and I thought of framing the golden moment shared between them where they were all excited having their photos taken so that whenever I look back at the moment, I will be reminded by the relationship we have.Editing
Apparently no as this image was shot in JPEG, and I wouldn't want to ruin the quality. Furthermore, post processing was something i recently discovered at the moment the image was takenIn my camera bag
Besides always going for mobile photography as it eases me in so many ways, equipments I normally have are the camera, the lens, tripods, extra battery, extra cards, and their cases, cleaning equipment.Feedback
Trust your guts. And keep your shutter on fire because you won't know which shot would turn out the best - technically and emotionally. I love putting emotions into my images. Don't be afraid or shy to shoot candid because they are golden. And practice repeatedly
