Surprisingly I used a small Sony sureshot, with no tripod.Inspiration
This "shoot" was probably what accelerated my interest in photography. It was by pure accident. My wife and I were at the fireworks with our grandchildren. I just started taking pictures and the next day both of us were amazed at how incredible they came out. I took about 175 picture and about 130 of them were keepers. Don't think I have had a success rate like that since.Editing
I did do some enhancing in Photoshop and cropping to balance the picturesIn my camera bag
Well today I have medium priced DSLR's from Nikon and Canon, with telephoto and Macro lenses. I used a monopad to reduce the amount of blurry pictures. I am hoping to soon purchase a high end camera. But I still work full-time outside of photography, so I take purchases a little slower than with ones that were making me income.Feedback
Get out and shoot, you never know what you can capture until you try.
