This photo was taken at my friends house. I took my niece to lay with her granddaughter. Raquel had never seen a horse so she was a little shy.Time
I think it was around 1pm.Lighting
! pm is not my favorite time for photos but there was a lot of trees around for some nice shade.Equipment
Camera: Canon EOS 50D Aperture: f/7.1 ISO: 500 Shutter Speed: 1/160 I rarely use flashInspiration
Raquel had never been this close to a horse, Opy was a gentle soul, he was great at making people feel at ease. We were all just hanging out in the yard. It was one of those photos that you know is going to be a treasure! Opy passed away about a year after this photo so it makes it extra special.Editing
I am pretty simple, I use the photo editing on my mac book air.In my camera bag
This camera was a Canon 50D, its great but I love my 40D. Its a little lighter and has less features for a non pro. My favorite lens is my tamron 28-200mm but my goal is the 18-400mm.Feedback
Impromptu.... always be ready for that shot.
