I had decided to chase this train down to Traralgon for the day, and had previously scoped my spots out the week before, and this spot was an extra bonus, as I hadn't envisioned being able to squeeze in another shot before Traralgon. I had actually got ahead of the train, and took the split decision to get this final shot before the train got into Traralgon. This was the first time I had ever pulled my car over and left the engine running, I literally had less than a minute to grab the camera and get to the spot. The train thundered through, and I got what is possibly my best shot of the day - one that I had not expected to be able to get. Serendipity, I believe.
