When I visited Japan during Sakura or spring season. This was in Odaiba, Tokyo.Time
I don’t remember the exact time though I know this was sometime after lunch. I just got done with a huge plate of omuri rice and thought of walking it off. While walking without any destination in mind, I spotted this line of Sakura trees and thought it beautiful. Not thinking much about it, I took my camera out and simply snapped this one, wanting to keep a memento of these gorgeous blooms.Lighting
Nothing much really. The sun was still quite high in the sky during this time but that actually helped the Sakura blooms look sparkly.Equipment
Just my iPhone X. I did have my Nikon D40 and 50mm lens with me during this time but I thought that those wouldn’t work for what I had in mind - which was a quick shot that I could save on my phone and take a quick marvel of it after. Plus the 50mm is good for low lighting. Not much while the sun is high up. ????Inspiration
Japan itself. Japan has a lot of picturesque views, people, things etc. I love walking its streets and getting lost in its embrace as I take snaps of everyday life I see there. Plus I am inlove and always in awe of Sakura blossoms.Editing
Would you believe that I didn’t do much post for this one? Just the white balance. ????In my camera bag
My 24-70mm and 50mm are my usual lenses that I take wherever. These and of course, my iPhone X and 11. ????Feedback
Just go to Japan during the Haru (spring) season. You’ll be able to see Sakura’s everywhere. ????
