Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was take in a small Castle, Schloss Hummelshain

Time

I captured it close too noon.

Lighting

I used two battery driven ProFoto flashes and a huge flag to block some light to keep the Background darker

Equipment

Here I worked with a Canon 5Dmk2, a f1.2 / 85mm lens and two ProFoto flashes. It was a tethered shooting.

Inspiration

The Syrian fashion designer Aziz Halbark work with fabrics in this dress that look like a golden metal tissue. The historical chimney show also this golden colours. Dress and background interact and the dreamy dress fits perfect to this ambient and enables me to tell a romantic story.

Editing

Yes I do some Photoshop post processing. Some D&B of the dress and the background a small addition to the color temperature.

In my camera bag

A Canon 5DMK4 and a MK2, different L lenses, Profoto B1 and B2, Manfrotto tripod and a Macbook.
