Location
This photo was taken in my backyard in Finland.Time
This flower is actually very small and it took quite some time to have a calm enough day to shoot this photo. This was taken on May 17, 2016 at 7:04 PMLighting
It was overcast day. Only natural light.Equipment
Canon 60D + Sigma 105mm f2.8 + TripodInspiration
This is one of my favorite flowers. It is so tiny that you really need to get close to see how beautiful it is.Editing
Only minor exposure and color adjustments. It was a bit dull straight out of the camera. In my camera bag
My current body is Canon 60D, though it will get replaced this year with Canon 6D mark II or Canon 80D. Current lenses are Canon 50mm f/1.8 STM, Canon 10-18mm f/4.5–5.6 IS STM, Sigma 105mm f/2.8 macro and Sigma 150-600 f/5-6.3 C. Next one I am going to buy is propably Canon 24-105 f/4L II. I also have external flash and tripod.Feedback
This is so tiny flower that you will need 1:1 macro lens or something similar (i.e. extension tubes) and very calm weather (or some kind of shelter). Tripod is also important.
