Took this photo of a skunk clown fish in my aquarium. This fish makes its home in the sea anemone as this animal protects the clown fish from its enemies with its stinging tentacles. The clown fish is immune to the sting and in return for the anemones hospitality the clown fish feeds the anemone.

I took this photo in my aquariumTime
Took this photo at 9pmLighting
Just the natural light that was in the aquariumEquipment
Nikon D7200/ Lens 16mm/85mm / Tripod yes/ Flash no/ Extension tubes were used to get the close upInspiration
I have always been fascinated with underwater photography and thought that my saltwater aquarium would be a great place to start, as I have always been fascinated the the reefs of our oceans.Editing
I do very little processing of my photos as I like them to look as natural as possible. I do shoot in RAW and convert to JPEG in Lightroom 5 so yes there is some processing that needs to be done.In my camera bag
Nikon D7200, 50mm prime lens, 16mm-85mm lens, 70mm-300mm lens, 200mm-500mm lens, various filters, remote, tripod, cleaner kit, and extension tubes for macro photography.Feedback
A good quality lens and a steady hand is always a good thing. Pay special attention to what kind of light is around you and set the white balance on your camera to match the lighting. A higher ISO and fast shutter speed will be a great asset when shooting moving subjects as I have done in this shot.
