This photo was taken in the cemetary right next to my house on a cool October morning in 2015. I've had a passion for photography since i was in high school and try to capture any moment that elicits emotion . i'm always trying to capture that "perfect " picture .Time
this is one of my favorite photos as there are so many elements and moods that are brought out in it .When i looked outside on this particular morning i noticed the sun rising with a slightly pink hue . i knew it would only get better so i grabbed my camera and headed out back through my yard and into the cemetery to this vantage point as the sun rose .Lighting
I didn't use a tripod as i knew my shutter speed would be high shooting towards the sun . The lighting from the sun and the shallow fog above the trees made the shot perfect for me .Equipment
the camera i used was a Nikon D7100 with a Nikor 18/270 lens . I shot at 10/1600 shutter speed , iso 200 at f6.3Inspiration
the cemetery alone has so much meaning and history to it . Combined with the rising sun added much more .Editing
the only post processing i did was to increase the colors just a touch .In my camera bag
Nikon D200 , Nikon D7100 , Nikon 18-55 mm lens and a Nikor 18-270 mm lens .Feedback
timing is everything and always have your camera ready .
