I took this photo in my garden, I always feel it's a bit if a cheat, but I saw the colour and thought it would work, the web was attached to a blue garden bin, very simple and nothing exciting but I was very pleased with the results.Time
I took this very early morning, one of those mornings where the garden was covered in spider webs and morning dew, it was a beautiful morning.Lighting
The morning light that day was beautiful, I didn't use any extra lighting.Equipment
I have a little canon eos 100d and used my 55 -250 mm lens.Inspiration
The amount of webs in the garden caught my eye that morning, the garden was glistening, so I just had to go out with my camera, but most of the webs were against wood or old plants so the blue was definitely eye catching.Editing
I didn't do much to this as the colour and light were already there but I did rotate it, I think it draws you into the Web.In my camera bag
I am an amateur so don't have a large kit, I only have 4 lenses but my favourite is my 50mm prime, then my 55-250mm.Feedback
Look around the subject and try to pick a background that compliments what you are shooting, it might not always be obvious, if you don't like the details increase your aperture and use the colour, but go with your gut and always look for the light.
