Location
This photo was taken from the south side of St. John's harbor looking back into the harbor.Time
Just after noon, August 2015.Lighting
Generally 2015 summer in St John's was not what is shown in the photograph. The light was to good to miss taking photographs.Equipment
Fujifilm X-T1 with 55-200mm and 16-50mm Fuji lenses. Nikon D7000 with 12-24mm Nikon lens. Fujifilm X-20. Tripod.Inspiration
Walking back along the southside of the harbor it became clear that a piece of all areas of the harbor could be sampled into the photograph. This to me is how to represent St. John's city.Editing
Only post- processing is light adjustment using Lightroom. In my camera bag
Both cameras ie Fuji XT-1 and Nikon D7000 plus tripod.Feedback
The pictures I usually take are landscape/seascapeshots comes with living in Newfoundland. Most shots are constructed in my minds eye and thus one could take lots of pictures creating their concept of the environment.
