Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken during a photo shoot session at a house of a fellow photographer.

Time

It was shot during the afternoon.

Lighting

Ambient lighting from the outside passing through the window was used.

Equipment

I used a Canon 5D mk2 with a 17-40mm f/4.0 lens

Inspiration

The photo shows a woman who's been longing for her lover's return.

Editing

Black and white convesion with some dodging and burning was used.

In my camera bag

Canon 5D mk2 17-40mm f/4.0 50mm f/1.8 135mm f/2.0 16mm f/2.8 fisheye

Feedback

Always be creative. Ambient light is a very good source of lighting, you just need to know how to use it effectively.
