Behind The Lens
Location
The photograph was taken in Carteret in Normandy whilst I was visiting my brother who has a summer house there .The bokeh is the estuary behind and the green bank.Time
It was about middayLighting
Not really it was a mixed day of cloud and sunshine.Equipment
D7100 Nikon using a Tamron SP 70-300 MM F/4-5.6 VC USD lens no tripod or flashInspiration
I think my Chocolate Cocker Spaniel is a bit of a poser and he regularly sites and looks around at the view his surroundingsEditing
Yes I use Lightroom 5 but not very much .A bit of cropping and SharpeningIn my camera bag
I have a Wide angle Sigma 8-16mm F4.5-5.6 Sigma 17-50mm f2.8 Prime Nikon 35mm Cleaner Giotta Blower Wipes spare battery and Cokin Filters and holder .Feedback
I find I always get good results of portrait Bokeh by using My Telephoto lens sweet spot at 250mm F4.5 max ss and depending on light use the +/- light meter .
