This Tawny coster butterfly was resting beautifully on a branch and the light was falling nicely on its wing (although a bit harsh) and this inspired me to take this pic.Editing

My kit depends on what i shoot, and the equipment i have is as follows.. NIKKON D800E Camera,nikkor 60mm prime lens,a nikkor f/2 200mm prime lens.a 16-35 nikor lens(wide angle),a 70-400 nikkor lens and a 800mm sigma prime lens for birding. i also carry filters and a manfrotto tripod with Gimbal head.Feedback
Butterflies are always a fascinating subject to shoot and you will always be amazed by the variety and the beauty of nature in them.however,they are pretty sensitive, one has to be very gentle in movement when you want to get closer to them and a lot of patience is required.
