Well, looks like milk to me. Excellent shot. The texture of the rocks in the foreground, the milk effect of the waterfall, and the overall color in the shot. Well done.

Location
This picture was taken on a day out and monsal dale i the peak district near buxton .Monsal Head Peak District National Park, Buxton, Derbyshire .Time
It was midday the sun was only showing through the clouds and it was raining a bit .So we got some great shadows .Lighting
We got some great light even though we were under a tree ,like a bit of shade when doing long exposures you can make it last longer ,without blowing the colour .Equipment
This shot was taken with a nikon d7000 and a 18mm _ 200mm lens ,tripod ,ND filter 10stop ,stop watch ,and a cable release to stop shake .Inspiration
Went out for the day hoping to get a good long exposure of this waterfall, but when we got there had been lots of rain and snow that had melted and the force of the waterfall was amazing .I managed to get the best spot under a tree you could feel the spray it was a bit of a pain because of having to clean the filter ,but was worth the shot i got .Editing
I dont normally do a lot to my photographs i love to see the natural just gave this picture some saturation and got rid of any marks from the water .In my camera bag
I have an array of equipment in my camera bag i love taking landscapes ,but also love taking nature at its best .I have a nikon d7000 .a Nikon 80-400mm f/4.5-5.6D ED AF VR ,sigma 18 -200mm lense ,nikon 50mm ,Manfrotto tripod ,nikon sb400 flash ,all different filters ,lense cloth ,batteries ,stop watch.Feedback
I find the best advice i could give anyone is that make sure you have all the right tools and take your time it wont come first time.Depending on the weather you will have to change you iso and f number and aperture and also invest in a good nd filter they are not cheap but its a fantastic bit of kit .Dont just take one picture take several shots from different angles and practice using different f numbers and apertures its great fun .
