Thanks Jerome! the work done here by Mr. Calatrava (and the construction team!) is very unique.

Location
This photo is taken in Malmø, Sweden. Turning Torso is a neo-futurist residential skyscraper in Sweden and the tallest building in Scandinavia.[5] Located in Malmö on the Swedish side of the Öresund strait, it was built and is owned by Swedish cooperative association HSB. It is regarded as the first twisted skyscraper in the world.[6] The project was designed by Spanish architect, structural engineer, sculptor and painter Santiago Calatrava and officially opened on 27 August 2005. The tower reaches a height of 190 metres (623 ft) with 54 stories and 147 apartments.[7]. In August 2015, it was announced that the building was the winner of the 10 Year Award from the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat.[8] It won the 2005 Gold Emporis Skyscraper Award. The photo is taken around noon and with approaching rain clouds behind the location I took the photo from.Lighting
All natural light. As rain clouds were approaching behind me I needed to 'get the job done' and luckily the sun came out to illuminate the building at the exact right time.Equipment
For this I was using my Nikon D850 with a NIKON NIKKOR AF-S 20MM F/1.8G ED lens and my tripod.Inspiration
I had seen pictures of the building and planned the trip over there (I live in Copenhagen, Denmark) to scout and to see what I could get, as the weather wasn't the best and heavy showers fell as I drove across the Oeresund bridge to Sweden. When I came over there the rain slowly stopped and the sun were looking through the clouds giving me the time for the photo. I wanted to emphasize the structure of the exterior steel framework and the 9 pentagonal shaped floors around the core.Editing
Very minimal post processing (contrast, minor spot removal) in Lightroom. In my camera bag
I have just swapped to the Sony A7R IV camera system, but have had the Nikon D850 for some years now and may still use that for special scenarios. For now I have the 12-24mm wide angle lens and the 100-400mm GM as well...and trying to collect as much additional gear as possible...swapping to a new system is expensive.Feedback
Plan ahead..very simply. I think often times you see a building in some kind of media and you want to photograph it. Planning and preparing where to shoot from can be done on e.g. Google maps and will ease the process and save you a lot of time. SO many times I have arrived to a location and THEN started to scout around after the correct composition...this is fine and normal as well but the preparation from home must be made to save time and get that brain working and not just the feet..:O)..
