What a great photo of an amazing space. I spent quite a while 'discovering' all the items dotted around here. I can almost visualise Dumbledore from Harry Potter being in this room.

Location
The picture was captured at Den Gamle By (The Old Town) in Aarhus, Denmark. Den Gamle By is an open-air museum featuring old buildings from all over Denmark. You can visit many of the buildings like The Old Pharmacy where this picture was taken.Time
It was taken in early afternoon.Lighting
The lighting in the room is all natural. The room was quite dimly lit, but i was able to take a relative long exposure shot (1/30 s) using the frame of the protecting window in front of the room.Equipment
The picture was captured with a Nikon D3200 using a Nikkor 10-24 mm lens. Eventhough the Nikon D3200 is an entry level DSLR it is quite capable when you use a decent quality lens. As mentioned before I used the frame of a window as stable stand for a relative long exposure.Inspiration
The Old Pharmacy was one the places I had picked out beforehand as a must-shoot-site when visiting Den Gamle By. The room is very beautifully arranged with alot of lovely details. In my opinion one of the highlights in Den Gamle By.Editing
Most of the time I use a combination of Lightroom and Color Efex Pro to retouch the pictures. The challenge of this pictures was that there were a protective window in front of the room. So in this case I also applied Photoshop to cancel out some annoying window reflections. In my camera bag
Most of the time I carry my Nikon D3200 and Nikon D800 cameras when visiting places like this. Usually I have a Nikkor 10-24mm lens on the Nikon D3200 and a 28-80mm lens on the Nikon D800 camera. Most of the time I also carry a travel tripod (MePhoto).Feedback
When capturing a picture in a dimly lit room like this and you do not carry a tripod or if the use of a tripod is not allowed then to try find a frame, repos or something else where you can place to camera in order to make a long exposure shot.
