Behind The Lens

Location

This photo is one of a series of photos with the General name "Large white hat". This series of works I shot in several sessions with two models. The shooting took place in my Studio.

Time

I try to work during the day. And this photo I also made in the afternoon in my photo Studio.

Lighting

To create this photo I used a Studio light pulse. The light scheme was chosen experimentally. I had a certain image in my head, to which I tried to get as close as possible.

Equipment

I used a Canon 60D, Canon EF 50mm 1/4, and two pulsed Falcon eye flashes.

Inspiration

This series of photos was inspired by a handmade hat. Form, as an aesthetic category, is important in my work. That is why the beauty and aesthetics of the living form and the form created by man is the idea of this composition.

Editing

The post-processing of this photo is very simple - square cropping, a little retouching, and converting the image to black and white. Pose model and drawing light form-this work during the shooting.
