Location
Matheran is a hill station, near Mumbai, in the west Indian state of Maharashtra. It’s known for its mild climate. Motor vehicles are banned and many visitors arrive by narrow-gauge railway on the 1907 Neral–Matheran Toy Train. The Panorama Point lookout offers views across the mountains of the Western Ghats. it is located on the Western Ghats range at an elevation of around 800 m (2,625 feet) above sea level. Matheran Hill Railway (Toy train) is a 2 ft (610 mm) narrow-gauge heritage railway in Maharashtra, India. The railway covers a distance of 21 km, over large swathes of forest territory connecting Neral to Matheran in the Western Ghats. MHR is in the tentative list of UNESCO world heritage sites. The empty track was taken during the monsoon's season. During this monsoon the train is not working the to reach this hill station either people track or taxi service is also available to reach the hill station.Time
During monsoon the train are closed. This was taken on 17/08/2013 at 11:39 AM during the monsoon. I was amazed to see the fog which was almost making difficult to see beyond certain distance.Lighting
There was very less light but very dramatic which inspired to take the picture.Equipment

The fog and the rain just stopped few minutes ago. Everyone in my group was taking the picture of the toy train waiting at the station and i was looking at the other side and was inspired by the fog which was covering almost everything and suddenly the fog started disappearing and some portion of the tracks was visible and i took the shot.Editing
Though the white balance was not correct when i took the picture. But I remember the colours and tried to match in the post processing it later to get the colours.In my camera bag
