Today has been an odd day. I had a bad night's sleep last night, as I did the two nights before, and ended up sleeping past the first ten minutes of my lesson, and since by the time I had got to the bus stop, caught a bus and gotten into college class would have been over, I did what I guessed the work would be at home.
Not only that, but Dad has been home today, too, since he messed his back up the other day and it hurt too much to go into the office today.
And because of that, today has felt, I do not know...like it has not been real. I have had a distracted, whimsical, day-dreamy feeling all day (not advisable when driving), which has made everything feel surreal.
Inspired by yesterday's photo of the origami bouquet I made for my grandparents, I was in an origami mood today. So, I made a crane (named Gerald) and borrowed my bother's girlfriend's hands to photograph it in. Green was just the first colour in my box of origami paper. I actually really like this one. I could have used a lower ISO if I had had more light, to reduce the noise, which may not be noticeable on here, but it most certainly was when I was post-processing, but all-in-all, I am quite happy with how it turned out.
