Location
The Location is Sela Pass, Arunachal Pradesh. This photo was taken back in 2015 when I was on a Vacation.Time
It was probably 22nd October around 1 PM I clicked this Photo. I still have a clear memory of that day. Sela pass is a high altitude mountain pass located in the Tawang District of Arunachal Pradesh. It has an elevation of more that 13000 ft. which meant that air was pretty thin there, making it was quite hard to breath normally.Lighting
I remember that we reached Sela Pass through a foggy uphill road, but in a surprise turn of events, there was no fog near Sela Pass. The sky was shockingly blue with few clouds and the sun was bright. It made the photo a lot more livelier than I expected.Equipment
Back then I didn't have a DSLR, I had a point and Shoot camera Canon IXUS 510 HS, at a shutter speed of 1/1250 sec and F/4Inspiration
When we reached there, I saw the hill and the river and was instantly amazed by the scenic beauty. The clouds, the reflection on the river - everything was perfect, just waiting to be captured.Editing
Landscape Photography required a little bit of Post Processing. In this picture I used Adobe Lightroom to amp up the Blues in the picture a little bit and increased the clarity and sharpness of the picture before applying a Black and White filter. In my camera bag
No equipment was used while capturing this image. It was completely handheld.Feedback
If I ever get another chance to visit this place again, I will definitely try to capture the scenery in a Wide Angle lens. In landscape photography generally a wide angle lens helps to create a unique perspective.
