Location
The photo was taken at Makku Farms near Chopta, in the state of Uttarakhand, IndiaTime
We were birding the whole day around Chopta and hit upon Makku somewhere around 2.30pm in the afternoon. Immediately we realized the farms to be goldmine for various Hill Birds. Around 4pm we heard the call of this Bush Robin from some shrubs closeby and after looking for it for some time hit upon this bird under the evening sunlight.Lighting
With the sun already setting and low on the horizons the light falling on the shrub was adequate and when this bird came around, got this shot on a fabulous stretch of light.Equipment
Using a D7000 on a Sigma 150-500mm lens at 500mm fInspiration

Look the light and try to ensure that you have the bird in front of the light. Depending on the time of the day it is essential to figure the position out beforehand. And always remember, that you are in the birds territory - give them the right to do it their way.
