This is an exceptional capture. I watched a tv document that told us bear mothers run from the male and hide their cubs from them because the males kill the babies.Perhaps these are two Moms and both their cubs. Anyway, how beautiful!

This is quite an amazing image. I'm sure you have spent quite a bit of time in the outdoors before catching something as fabulous as this image. This definitely needs enlarged and framed. Well done!

Right time right place. I wanted to go to Brooks Falls but was too in the season, so I settled for Crescent lake. It was good too.

Thanks for all of your comments in support of this photo. The time in Katmai was one of my all-time favorite experiences and this photo was my best. I hope I can return someday.

you got a lot of reward for this photo you deserve it , if the last one is a male , there is plenty food with the salmons he does not have to kill the little ones to survive
