Behind The Lens

Location

This was taken at the top of a stairwell of a parking garage in Lincoln, NE.

Time

Early afternoon.

Lighting

This was the photo that sparked my interest in photography. l

Equipment

I use a Cannon EOS Rebel that my wife got for me. No other equipment used just held the camera out over the stairwell.

Inspiration

Initially, the spiral stairwell view, but with the elevator, I thought it looked like a hallway. This got me interested in abstract imagery.

Editing

No

In my camera bag

Not much, a pen, paper, meter change and a lens cloth.

Feedback

Only advice I can offer is to just never give up. I'm not the most technically knowledgeable as I am still an amateur photographer, so just shoot what makes you happy!
