Let's see, an umbrella and the first name Mary might work here. I love the straight effortless expression on her face and the water still falling off her feet. Great capture!

Location
I took this in my home city of Manchester UK.Time
The photo was taken mid morning.Lighting
The lighting was just perfect as it was no longer raining and the skies were fresh and clear with the rain having left puddles that reflected sharply.Equipment
I used my Nikon V1 and the 30 to 110 lens. No flash or Tripod.Inspiration
My Granddaughter was so excited jumping and running around and always I had my camera and was taking a series of rapid speed shots. This one was perfect as it shows the water running off her feet and her hands blurred by her movement.Editing
I did do some post-editing using a program called 'Snapseed' and set it on dramatic which brings out the colours and gives a lovely texture o the photo. In my camera bag
At the time i had the Nikon V1 with two lenses - a 10-30mm and a 30mm-110mm. Now i have updated to the Nikon D3200 and i have five lenses; 70-300mm; a 90mm macro lens;a 18-55mm; a 55-200mm and a 10-20mm.Feedback
My advice is to carry a camera with you at all times as so many opportunities present themselves that would make great photography.
