This was taken at Dunham Massey National Trust Park. The deer are so very tame that one can get extremely close. There is a photo in my gallery of a little girl almost touching faces. Wonderful animals. This one i just caught at that magical moment with his tongue out.

Very nice capture. I assume that you used a telephoto lens. Any where hear your home that you would like to mention>

Location
This was taken at Dunham Massey National Trust Park Cheshire. The deer are so very tame that one can get extremely close. This one i just caught at that magical moment with his tongue out.Time
It was around 2pm in the afternoon and the weather was good.Lighting
A nice explanation on her lighting from Lisawiza: “I wanted this image to look mysterious and to draw the viewer into a scene in a story. There was some beautiful light from the lamppost outside the park gates but it needed more. I decided headlights would be a great way of lighting the scene and adding drama as well as making the story even more intriguing.”Equipment
I used my Nikon D3200 camera with a Nikon 70-300 lens,Inspiration
I was just enjoying taking photos of the deer in this wonderful National Trust property and observing them. This particular deer was close to me and so i watched him more closely through my camera ens and saw he was continually sticking his tongue out as he munched on some leaves and i managed to get that perfect moment.Editing
I just did some cropping. In my camera bag
I always have a variety of lenses along with of course the cleaning clothes; very important to keep those lenses clean. Plus i never am without a spare memory card and a spare fully charged battery.Feedback
The most important thing is to have great patience and time when taking photos of any wildlife.
