This is the over one hundred and eighty foot tall "Keeper Of The Plains" sculpture, designed and inspired by the famous Native America "Black Bear Bosin" In this image the keepers seems to be praying for rain. It also pays tribute to the over twenty tribes of Native Americans and the most specific, The Plains Indians, The Wichita Tribe and The Kansa Tribes that settled here hundreds of years ago!

I really like this composition with the dramatic back-ground. And I really appreciate the information you deliver with the pictures, that is truely interesting. And also I want to thank you for all the positive recognition!

Thank you Debbie! This is a most often visited site in Wichita and is amazingly a very tall structure over the river!
