The image was quite simple as I just got my new iPhone SE last year December and was waiting for the perfect opertunity to see what it can do. It was in Berlin close to my home where I found a deep bath of snow and thought this is perfect for experimentingTime
Late at night with a local swimming pool floodlight highlighting every detail of the snow which had just fallen the day beforeLighting
I knew I wanted me as the subject to be well lit so I laid the camera perfectly at and angle see in the snow and was going to use the Flood light from our local swimming pool as my setupEquipment
iPhone SE new model . No tripod was used as I wanted to achieve a low ground shot so I dug a trench in which I could lay the phone which would also show a bit of snow on the surrounding openingInspiration
I just wanted to experiment with my new phone as I have see other photographers also create setups that made it look like the photographer is see in the ground or in a pipe so I thought as it’s winter it’s a good time to do a similar shotEditing
NoIn my camera bag
I only carry with me my iPhone and my Nikon D3200 camera with telescope lense and for macro a 18-55mm reverse lense adaptorFeedback
The advice is simply . Don’t let your confidence hold you back. Be free to experiment with the craziest angles even if you think it won’t be a good shot as I didn’t expect to receive this amount of attention on a photo which took me 5min to create
