Thank you for entering my challenge. Really great shot. I had trouble making the choice but this one definitely was on the short list.

Location
Initially I was in Iceland to photograph the northern lights. But in Iceland you'll never know what could happened. I was driving on a remote road in the Sneaflesness peninsula while a storm was approaching. Low clouds rolling upon the mountains, the last ray of sunlight and an empty road, except me.Time
By the end of the afternoon, around 3PM, the storm was upon me, chances to see northern light were null.Lighting
In Iceland the sun is very low especially in winter. The light was under the clouds, almost golden hour. The field of grass burned by the ice turned gold. High clouds were very dark because of the storm while lower cloud on top of the summit were almost white which make the perfect contrast.Equipment
