Behind The Lens

Location

I set up this photo with reflective black metal for the base and foam core for the back. I brought in the lights so the smaller camera was in the shadow of the larger one towering over it to suggest and large / small, or opposites and tried to give an intimidation feel to it.

Time

Not sure - it was in the studio.

Lighting

I did bring in the lights from the left to put the smaller camera in the shadow of the larger one.

Equipment

I shoot with a Lumix fz300 and fz1000 but since the fz1000 was used in the shot, this was captured with my Panasonic Lumix fz300.

Inspiration

We had an 'opposites' theme at the local camera club.

Editing

Always. Lightroom, some photoshop and Nik silver efex for the BW tone.

In my camera bag

Lumix bridge camera, screw on filters, mini and regular tripod, well the usual.

Feedback

just using the largest difference in cameras you have or a friend will let you borrow.
