Location
I took this photo at Twin Lakes in Paris, Il. It was during the fall migration and hundreds of geese were resting on the lake. I took hundreds of pictures most of which I ended up deleting.Time
This picture was taken in the afternoon when the geese would fly out to a nearby field to feed.Lighting
I got on the west side of th he lake so that the sun was shining on the geese. Also made me a little harder for the geese to see.Equipment
I used my sigma 150 500 lens paired with my NikonD750. Handheld as the birds were moving pretty quickly.Inspiration
I live waterfowl. I just went to the lake to see if I could get some good pics.Editing

I basically use my nikon d750 and either my 150 500 or my 24 70 sigma lenses. Occassionally I use a tripod.Feedback
