Location
This photo was taken approx. 60 miles North Northeast of Fairbanks AlaskaTime
This was taken in the middle of the night.Lighting
The photo says it all! The Aurora create a brilliant green glow of swirls, ribbons, and steaks!Equipment
I used a Canon 6D Full Frame, with a 24-105 L lens to capture this shot.Inspiration
I have always been fascinated by the Northern lights. On this night I could not pass up to opportunity to travel with several other photographers to be able to capture the most amazing show I had seen.Editing
I performed the standard basic post-processing. Small adjustments of clarity, and correction of color to ensure it was as I saw it.In my camera bag
I am a believer that I can not have enough. But usually I always have my 24-105L, 14mm Prime manual lens, and as of late my 85mm F/1.4 Prime manual.Feedback
Be patient, have all your "tools", and Be prepared for the weather!
