I look at this pic, and the details of the elephants amaze me. Is there a third one behind? Looks like they're in love, with tears running down their faces. Beautiful. Great picture!

Great photo, being a fan of the University of Alabama, love elephants (our mascot), so I really did enjoy this photo. It also different in a very good way from most animal shots.

Location
At an elephant sanctuary, in the golden triangle in Thailand. It was national elephant day and the local elder came to the camp to bless the rehabilitated elephants and their former handlers. I was privalidged to be allowed to participate in the ceremony.Time
Around 11amLighting
The elephants were captured during a brief sunny spell on an otherwise rainy day.Equipment
Nikon D50 18-55 lensInspiration
The sheer emotional impact of seeing these magnificent creatures being rehabilitated back into the wild and the special cultural ceremonies performed by the locals to ensure their wellbeing was astonishing to me.Editing

The best camera is the one you have with you, sometimes that is my phone! I prefer to capture moments than be restricted by the equipment I must carry!Feedback
If it speaks to you, snap away, my best pictures are always the ones that I believe in, And don't be afraid to ask questions and speak to people, making friends yields excellent results!
