Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken in Italy near the Sant'Ercolano church. If you visit the road near the church called "1 Via Fratelli Bianchi" you will see this huge green door.

Time

This photo was taken in he after noon around 13:40. It was a sunny day but since we had huge buildings on both sides, I had no shadows in the scene.

Lighting

The rustic wood and the old bike, combined with an overcast due to the building around the scene, made it a perfect photo opportunity

Equipment

Canon 7D with 24-105 Lens Shot at : 24mm 1/15th at f14 ISO 100

Inspiration

the bike standing next to the church door made me thing about the journey of life one makes. you start off with nothing and you end up with nothing, everything in between is just a passing phase.

Editing

I did some color pop and a little clarity to bring out the textures

Canon 7D, 24-105, 50mm f/1.8, Speedlights.
