nice textures

Love this - I want to know more about the cyclist, the bicycle, and the journey. There is a sense of solitude, though not necessarily loneliness. The light, and the long shadows, suggest either the beginning or the end of that journey. It tells a story, and I want to know more.

Inspiration

I was cycling around town and taking shots of anything it caught my eye. After hours cycling and taking shots, I've rested my bike against the warm stone slabs that formed the building entrance and my bike against the pin. It was the end of a perfect day so I took a shot of my best companion. The sunset light emphasized the end of the day's journey and the moments I've spent with her.
