Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at Petit Jean State Park in Morrilton, AR during a group hike with my hiking club.

Time

It was taken in early afternoon.

Lighting

It was hard to get the lighting right because of the location of the sun at that time.

Equipment

It was shot with a Canon EOS 60D with a wide angle lens. No other equipment was used.

Inspiration

I have always been a lover of waterfalls, and this fall was especially intriguing to me, not only because of its beauty, but because it so dominated the scene, and diminished the size of the people to ants.

Editing

I did not do any post processing, as I didn't have the software available to do so at the time.

In my camera bag

I carry my Canon EOS 60D, several lenses, a close up kit, a mini tripod, and an extra charged battery for my camera.

Feedback

The only thing I might have done differently with this photo is shoot it earlier in the day where the lighting would have been better.
