i have to ask: what was your camera, ISO, and lens choice when you made this image? the detail is incredible for such a shy bird. i am hoping you will recall all that and share.

Thanks so much! This was taken a few years ago with my Canon 40D and a Canon 500 mm f4 lens. ISO 800 at f8 at 1/90sec
