Taken at The Retina Hippo Pool in The Serengeti. Two Males fighting and splashing. I will say that they spend all the day in the pool doing everything. Needless to say, I wouldn't get that "water" in my mouth. At about 100 feet from the animals, the odor was beyond terrible.
Not like in cartoons.
All this and the fact that they kill more humans in Africa than any other mammal, make these bad boys very scary.
