This is the Streets of Plymouth, the city that was making a Bid for the City of Culture, a City council that violates people rights to live in their own homes by making compulsory purchase order threats on home owner so they can demolish and put three properties on the site that one use to occupy, a city council that builds an incinerator in the centre of a residential area with Primary, Nursery, and secondary schools around it with it chucking out toxic fumes from incinerating house hold waste, toxic waste positioned right next to the refuelling area where Nuclear Submarines have their Plutonium rods replaced in their Nuclear reactors, not satisfied with that they pump Tritium Nuclear Heavy Water Waste in to the Local Rivers knowing that there is a build up of Tritium in the Silt Levels being washed up on the shore line and an increase in radium level all with the blessing of Plymouth City council, who the hell wants to vote for a Councils bid to be a city of culture when it looks and feels like it is a waste tip for the country
