The remains of the steam engine pump room of the Carn Galver Tin Mine in Cornwall, England. The mine employed about 70 miners and was worked until 1878. Overlooking the sea this ruin is about 8 miles west of St Ives. Carn Galver means "rock pile at the lookout place". It has been partly restored by the English National Trust.
