I got to spend some quality time around the mountain. The wildflowers came early this year and there wasn't much around by the time I got there. The magic of the mountain was still happening and I had a great time exploring the area.
This sunrise from Reflection Lake was nothing special - pretty plain jane, blue skies with no blazing colorful clouds that those fancy sky predictors would have alerted on. Yet, I was glad I stuck around for it anyways, because light rays came through the trees and lit up the fog and lupines.
