This composition was sitting in my head for a long long time, even before I started using PicnPlace. I added it in my Dream List on PicnPlace and as soon as I reached DC, it started showing up in my 'near me' screen. Got up very early to reach the exact spot and be prepared. Weather report predicted 100% cloud cover, but my luck scored better.. just for couple minutes sun peeped out
