When visiting Russia Moscow or St. Petersburg you have to take the metro. You will see old Soviet statues and other Soviet artifacts that predates communism and the USSR. But when you take pictures be very discreet and sneaky because it\'s against the law to take photographs anywhere inside the Metro. But you can do it and not be obvious about it. If you do get caught it\'s a tongue lashing in Russian of Course, a fine, the loss of your camera and or equipment. And possible jail time, only if they\'re in a bad mood which is most of the time. But hey in any situation it\'s always best to play the dumb American tourist and you can pretty much get by with anything....Oh yeah having some extra American cash on hand helps a lot to donate to the arresting officer as a gift. Because they\'re not suppose to take bribes...Yeah Right! LOL FYI > If you\'re not sure what the Metro is it\'s the subway that gets you anywhere in the city. Blessings all!
