Bisti badlands/wilderness. I cannot decide of the flat rock on top looks like a pelvic bone or a bird. In any case, it is a great illustration of how hoodoos form: a harder, more weather-resistant sandstone slab keeps rain from striking the softer shale/clay underneath.
