My dog and I slept on a ledge under Double Arch at Red River Gorge, Kentucky. I planned to wake early to see the sunrise. When I woke, I couldn't believe it, a cloud filled the Gorge on a southern view. I climbed above the arch and the cloud surrounded us on three sides. I celebrated the view with total excitement. Set up my Tachihara 4x5 and made this image and a few others. This photograph is one of my all-time favorites because of just the entire morning.
