For this image i taked multiple shots with different flash positions to emulate a 5 or 6 flash shoot with just one.
The background was reeplaced in PS. When I saw the bottle the first thing that runned into mi mind was something with fire, so I decided to give it the sensation of a hot place, that I made combining diferent photos and textures.
