I don't think this is a bee.
With the Antennae and the tongue, It's definitely of the order Diptera (Flies).

But, it appears to be mimicking a Carpenter Bee. The only species I know of, that mimic bees are Robber flies, but it doesn't seem like that is what this one is. The mouth parts are also those of a regular Fly. Instead of having Mandibles like an Ant, Wasp or a Bee. But I'm not sure it's a Robber fly either because of the mouth parts, the proboscis is more like a regular fly than a Robber Fly, But I've never seen a Robber fly drinking water either, so.. I'm not sure.
