your use of shadow and light in this photo are superb! Color would have also been a good choice as well and would have added the very soft color of the candle flame giving your model a pale glow, but this photo is excellent as is just the same and I thank you for sharing it with all of us!

Thanks! I appreciate the feedback. This is actually a rather old photo of mine originally shot on T-Max 400 B&W film (you can see the grain in the scan) and the original print was done a self coated Platinotype. If you've never worked with old "alternative" or "Heirloom" processes like Cyanotypes and Platinotypes, the platinum in the Platinotype gives an extremely rich tonal quality, moreso than it's silver counterpart, but because of the World Wars Platinum was very scarce compared to today, so the silver halide won out as the standard. :)
