After seeing the Northern Lights put on an insane show at the Grand Tetons, we decided to go to Yellowstone NP the next night to try our luck there and get some shots over the hot springs. The solar flares weren't as intense this night but there was a lot of green Aurora dancing all over the sky in every direction. This photo was taken facing almost due South and you can still see a ton of green. The colors were so vibrant this weekend all my photos almost look fake to me, even though I took them. Any boost in contrast or saturation and this just looks way too overkill. I definitely will never forget this past weekend.
